Sugra, one of my cousins come up with a gr8 idea of throwing a surprise birthday party for his brother and our friend Mustan. Luckily enough one of our friend, Mustu, was coming back form India after his vacation, so we all forced Mustan to go and pick him up from the airport. Lazy as he is wont go but somehow we managed to send him. Taking advantage of this the house was decorated and the cake was arranged and then began the waiting game as Sugra, Fatema, Tasneem & myself waited patiently for these guys to arrive. Most of the time went playing with Ruquyya, Mustan?s daughter. She's a doll.

Then the moment of truth arrived, as soon as he entered with pounced upon him and making as much noise as we could, little did we realize that all this noise will scare little Ruquyya. It was Mustan who comforted her. She gave a confused look as to what these guys are doing so late at my place :). Realizing that making slightest noise makes Ruquyya uncomfortable we sang the birthday song in kwaali style in silent mode.

After cutting the cake everyone settled down, there was the usual chit chat. Mustan was given his birthday present the brand new Sony Ericsson P1i. Excellent piece of machinery, very sleek with tons of features.

In conclusion, we all had agr8 time. I am not sure about Ruquyya though. Eid-al-Adha is coming in a few weeks, so hopefully we will plan a day out or something. The pics of the party are at the usual place.
